If no, how do we make it happen?

Suckle a cow?
You'll need a bucket. A stool. And a cow.
Generally, if you own the cow no gov regulation can prevent you from consuming the production of something you own. If you don't have a Bitcoin farmer in your immediate locale that should be your highest priority. Buy a cow and pay them to upkeep. Either learn to milk it yourself or pay them to do so.
If you get a farmer to be receptive to this I have a worksheet I developed to enter input costs and determine cost for the cow owner.
Nobody is going to tell you on the internet.
Gotta go find the dairies near you and become friends with the farmers
Raw milks kinda scarce
I can’t speak to accuracy, but did you look at realmilk.com? They have a button on the home page for international, and Canada is one of the choices.
I agree that people may not want to say their source out in the open- but for what it’s worth, where I live, it’s “illegal” to sell it in a store, but we can legally have a Private Member Association where consenting adults can buy and sell to each other. Might be something to look into. I started with buying beef directly from a local rancher and asked him where he got dairy from, and went from there.
Damn this is incredibly useful.
these private membership clubs - is this an American thing or also possible in Canada
I’m in the USA, and in my state, it gives us coverage. I couldn’t guess if Canada is similar. But I would think if you reached out to some of these providers, they must have a something similar. Like maybe you join a club with a membership fee, and then share homemade products between members? Where there’s a will, there’s a way
I was asking earlier as well, no luck and from what I have seen is the diary farms are giant industrial organizations
Since it’s not legal, you’d have to make some local connections; restaurant owners or individuals more involved in the local food industry
