Fasted 18 hours, generally a good day.

Good macros balance, below 100 g of carbs.

Wondering if I should try to eat just one (big) meal a day for a week or something. Maybe that would work for me. Don't know, might try it.

Mostly I over-eat due to boredom or distraction, or (unconciously) seeking instant gratification.

Need to (1) stay busy (2) eat without distractions, stay mindful.

I'll do even better tomorrow. Small improvements count.
