It's almost the weekend and I'm excited to get some garden work done on my homestead this Saturday.
Tonight when I get home from work I will be harvesting American beautyberries. The make a great jelly, and an awesome syrup for waffles and pancakes 🥞 😋

Good morning🙂☕. Our beautyberries did not do well at all because of drought and heat, so glad yours did.
Sorry to hear that. It was dry here for a while, then our summer afternoon rains finally kicked in... just as the berries were ripening. I'm canning as much as I can 😊 you never know what the weather will do for our harvests.
