A DIET UPDATE
I’m excited to share!
Yesterday, I ate about 2 kg of low-fat meat with some cheese, and it wasn't ENOUGH.
After dinner, 900 grams of meat with some cheese, I still felt a bit hungry, but drinking some water was enough to silence the feeling.
This morning, I woke up hunger(usually I barely want to eat in such diet in the mornings). I even added more cottage cheese and cream than I normally do. Usually, that keeps me full for at least 8 hours, but not today.
Even after finishing my meal, I was still hungry. I ignored it and went to the gym.
Everyone noticed I was tired and sleepy.
I just wanted to finish training as fast as possible and go to a burger café where they serve very fatty burgers with 350 grams of meat each.
I rushed through my workout and had one burger, but it felt a bit boring. I’ve gotten used to my own cooking and eating a lot of fatty food in a single serving.
P.S. I liked that feeling so much that I want to repeat it. Next time, instead of a burger, I’ll just eat some butter or fat, and see if my hunger was simply due to not eating enough fat the day before.
