I’m going to try cooking steak on stove top and lobster for some homemade surf and turf.

I watched a few YouTube tutorials but would definitely appreciate any tips or tricks from #plebchain!

Prepare for smoke. There is no avoiding it. I recommend cooking it in beef tallow. Get that pan nice and hot first.

We also use butter or bacon grease. If you don’t have beef tallow use what you have.
