Try sleeping pigeon with sideways stretch while you are in the sitting position.

#9 is part of my routine. Noticed I was going directly to the knee. I'd better try it sideways like that.

I had a subscription to chiropractor. Thanks to yoga stretching and weight lifting later, I don't need chiropractor anymore.
