Try sleeping pigeon with sideways stretch while you are in the sitting position.

#9 is part of my routine. Noticed I was going directly to the knee. I'd better try it sideways like that.

I had a subscription to chiropractor. Thanks to yoga stretching and weight lifting later, I don't need chiropractor anymore.

I tried the sleeping pigeon pose. Its a great stretch, but I feel it more as a hip opener.

The #9 from your article is my favourite. That was already part of my QL routine actually.
