Watched a five-minute video on reducing tracking on Android. I learned of five default settings I toggled to 'off', and if the narrator was truthful, turning off these settings preserves the battery.

I already made Privacy and Security adjustments the day I got my phone but was not comprehensive.

I now turn off my phone unless I want to make or receive a call or use an app. My friends are smart but not as aware/cautious/paranoid as I, so I turn off my phone when we meet to eat and chat too.

What were the five default settings, if I may ask? I just switched from my old GrapheneOS phone to an Android phone due to convenience (I needed some apps that simply don't work on Graphene).

That is sad. What app?

I recently got a GraoheneOS phone. Love it so far.
