I have no idea what to call it. She's not on my team, she's part of a separate team that I don't work for, but who controls the system that generates the end of year statement. We supply the data to her, she's supposed to load the data, it's supposed to balance with the comprehensive financial system, and that should be it.
She screws that simple part up every year. And she has no memory of anything that we've done before. This is 10 years in a row.
There is a jeet lady in my process flow for a particular financial statement that we do annually. Every . . . . single . . . .year . . . . she manages to confuse everyone involved, forget everything that we did the previous year, and complicate what should otherwise be a very straightforward process.
