Dude. Why didn’t you fight censorship on Twitter?

Bullied by others investors is my guess. That and @jack is a maker, not a martyr. Better to survive by continuously remaking the future than fighting over the old tech.

It would make some sense if he were actually doing anything now. Seems he just grew out his hair and did yoga while the feds took over Twitter.

Seems to be doing a lot with Block

It's called having a board of directors to answer to. Learn about corporate structures. CEOs aren't kings.

#[4] 's initiative on Bluesky and investment in Nostr and Bitcoin tech as well as his departure from Twitter to focus on freedom technology speaks for itself.

He never fought it.

He never went to the media about it.

He didn’t do anything like what Musk is trying to do by releasing FBI emails.

He didn’t try to stop it.

So…. ?????

I’m not saying he supported it. I’m just asking why he was so out to lunch or clueless or apathetic that he didn’t do shit about it…

If the board of directors wanted censorship/FBI/etc, the only three options for the CEO is:

- comply

- get fired

- leave

The CEO answers to the board. If the board doesn't like him, they can replace him.
