Carnivore here! I got on wholefoods the 2 electrolytes they have without any extra shit. Brands "Ultima" and "vital proteins". They are a little pricy. A friend gets the salts separately and makes its own recipe, but I need to research on that

Magnesium is usually easy enough to get as supplement if needed.
Try fish and nuts if you don't like/have organs.
I do have a magnesium supplement.
Not so easy with potassium since everyone is just like "eat a potato." 🙄
