That is the nature of all creative arts: The big boys take it all (bands, authors, artists, actors).

Nobody has the time to wade through mountains of shit just to find a raw gem - even more so in today's age where anyone and everyone can be a creator.

So everyone just sticks to what has labelled to be good by many people already.
