I'm trying for the first time in my adult life to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, but being a good person in general doesn't come easy to me.

It's a constant battle to put aside my hatred and anger and sometimes I lose that battle.

The important thing is to keep trying, keep studying the gospel of Jesus, and keep praying for the presence of the holy Spirit to bring peace and guidance.
