Damus has never been capable of rendering animated webp images and I don’t know how nostr.build does the conversion to gif.

Where do you find this upload feature?

All images and even videos can be converted into profile pic (video crops up to 10s and makes 150x150 gif)

Oh sick – so you just upload and it does the conversions necessary. 💪
