That would be interesting. I often don’t reply if I don’t agree with the comment and would rather not go down that path or if I think the comment is stupid and I’d rather not kick up the dust around it.

Absolutely, so do I and I think most people who have a life. Would be interesting nonetheless.

There's probably a distinct pattern of people who actually do engagement farming. Off the top of my head Jameson Lopp doing this several times, asking "what should I do" type of questions that received crafted, insightful answers and left zero reactions to any.

As an asterisk, this is nostr so I might have been looking at wrong relays, or maybe missed something else. But there's definitely people doing it.
