Now I've added you from here (Nostr). I hadn't previously. I've added my Akkoma account here but when I tried to add this Nostr account from Akkoma it said "request sent" and I most definitely haven't seen a request at this end.
As noted earlier I have all kinds of security settings on my Akkoma instance so maybe that makes it non-compatible (I can't use Elk FE on my Akkoma instance for example of things that are limited by security settings).

Haha, I'm still trying to work out what zaps actually are and how they are set up. In fact, I don't even know what my "full" address is.
There are a couple of things in this Nostur app that aren't explained so I guess I have to search for it. I can see I've set my username to "hellquist". I have no idea what to type in a couple of other profile fields though (nip-05 and lud-06/16). 🤣
I see your on mobile and, you don't have any Bitcoin.
That address stuff is for your Bitcoin lightning wallet. If you already had one, you'd have the information to put into the nostr client.
So, change your nostr client to Primal.
Why? Because Primal has a built in Bitcoin wallet. So the Primal nostr client can set up all that NiP-05 and lightning address for you. You'll be able to start receiving zaps immediately. It's the only nostr client with a built in Bitcoin wallet that I know of.
You'll no doubt move to your own personal Bitcoin wallet one day, but for a total Bitcoin noob, Primal is an easy starting point. You won't need to learn anything about Bitcoin, to use it with Primal. It'll just work automagically. Primal is very popular for this reason.
