Is Alby having issues for anyone else? Can’t send payments with mine. I tried sending via zapping, invoice, and Lightning address. All failed.
Is this a Damus thing right now?

No I don’t think so because I was able to send a zap from Damus with a different wallet. Just can’t send anything using my Alby.
