I don’t think “too often” is a problem unless the content suffers for it. This meme IS disgusting, but it’s for good reason. The thing it is DESCRIBING is disgusting. Any truth to power in that regard will be disgusting for that reason. Many of his memes fit this mold in my opinion: uncomfortable truths exposing sugar coated lies tend to promote discomfort.

Reminds me of a criticism of an essay I wrote in HS where I got told I was using circular logic… the essay was a takedown of a specific circular argument. Apparently, I wasn’t allowed to walk the reader through the circular argument without being accused of making it myself.
