I don't know why but I have all my feeds frozen like it is 3 hours ago. Tried tinkering with relays, tried different clients, nothing. If I still was on twitter, I'd say I was being banned.

You can use someone else’s follow list on https://kind3.xyz then tweak from there. Also can backup your own list so if it happens again you can just replace it.
