I'm sure other clients do it too, but I like using nostrudel on desktop to make/manage the list. Amethyst supports them and is my favorite mobile client(android). There are also lots of lists under people profile if you are looking for more curated ones.... Kind of have to hunt.

Also, including #asknostr will probably get you more visibility on things like this.
