Last year, in June, I made some decisions and started making some changes to myself, my eating, my focus, my self-talk (ongoing battle there) and my habits - joined an exercise group, regular walking dates with my friends
The changes have been small and now huge. Stressful day? Walk or gym to get work that out. Food? No longer the main character here. Sad/angry/disappointed? Gym/walk
So far so good…
