Same goes for depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, etc.

If you're dealing with one of these conditions, you don't have a mental health problem...your brain is just inflamed from all the plant neurotoxins you're ingesting.

Cut that crap out, eat exclusively beef/butter/bacon/eggs for 30 days, and tell me whatever issue you were dealing with doesn't significantly improve or completely disappear.

There is a little more nuance than just your diet. Systems theory is a good example. Some people can have very clean diets but live with other people that are toxic. We tend to respond to others in our environment and that can fuck you up emotionally. For example, if you live with irresponsible roommates, then you may take on the toxic parent role and start to nag. Humans are weird in that they fill roles that are available but cause distress. We see this in the largest system, society, and how the irresponsible nature of central banks causes degenerate and maladaptive habits in people. All these things have an effect on mental health.

Yes.

I just left my part time hydro greens job because the manager by my estimation is untreated bipolar or something similar. Angry, unstable, ready to burst at any moment and finally blew a fuse about nothing, which I had predicted would happen since I have experience with these things. He is also vegetarian. Not saying that’s the reason but just interesting you bring it up.

Do we have any trials where the schizo or bipolar person had cured themselves completely?

Genuinely curious

Yes read his book.

I will 👀

It's interesting because I think it's the CLAs

So one could technically be Vegetarian but has to consume a lot of eggs and raw milk / cheese.

What are CLAs?

Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a fat that exists in grass fed animal fats.

It helps stimulate your metabolic function, so it helps you burn fat.

It also protects you from diseases & cancers.

It's the basic research that jumpstarted the grass fed beef demand - it was never animal welfare alone that motivated people.
