You don't have to lift weights.

Telling people they have to lift weights is counter productive.

Will only drive people away from healthy lifestyle choices.

Just walk sometimes, instead of driving everywhere.

Touch your toes, being able to get up off the ground is more important than jow much weight you can lift.

Eat healthy etc.

No amount of weight lifting will make up for excessive alcohol consumption or poor diet or poor sleeping habits or lack of sunlight or anything else.

Lifting weights is really the last thing you should be worried about doing if you want to stay healthy and fit

Sure but NGU is true also with weights, its easier to be motivated when you see that you are getting stronger and "number go up" on weights is one of the most effective way for most people.

Only later you'll understand that weights is not the ultimate form of movement and "healty"
