In Alexandria, under notifications, you can see all of them. Your own aren't displayed automatically but replies to you have indicators that the reply was in fact to you and a nevent link to open your own notes. There's no thread of them, per se, so there is no feed. It turns your notifications into a chat. Not private, just out of the way of everything else. You don't see your own in Amethyst because it doesn't send you notifications of your own activity.
