I wanted to share something with you briefly: Yesterday marked 2 weeks since I've been practicing a 99% raw food diet. I didn't set a goal or anything like that, just observing and listening to myself. And my conclusion so far: It feels incredibly good! I feel more energized, no bloating, no feeling of fullness, no cravings (only olives 😅), emotionally more balanced... Not that I was feeling bad before... but I've been wanting a change for months. I always thought about fasting and even wrote a blog post about it. Now I'm consciously 'detoxing' with the raw vegan diet. And I'm positively surprised.
I'll be happy to continue sharing how it's going. And probably soon write a blog post about it too.
