If you are a #leader, do not give peple the individual #freedoms to speak out against you. You will lose control and all of society will fall apart.

Go after #lawyers, those pesky #academic and their #students with law suits.

Arrest them for any dirt you can dig up on them. Anything that sounds plausible will do. It'll sideline them for a while and #blowback can be minimized by explaining that it was an honest mistake.

Make people #fear that they will be detained if they speak out, and make sure it's a justified fear. You set policy for law enforcement. Prioritize these #criminal #activists and see that they are brought to justice (eventually).

Be #smart. Follow the guidelines of the #strong leaders that came before you.
