No, all media outlets report that voters understand free speech is dangerous and racist, and beg to be protected from it by their wise and benificient government.

We have "freedom of expression" in the UK I believe, and no, it doesn't seem like a voter issue as far as I am aware unfortunately. However, opinion may change with latest government actions.
