Hey Jack, I have had my Above phone for a while now, and am very happy with it. I was a lifelong iphone gal, so there was a learning curve for me. I kept my iphone handy during my transition, just in case. But now, I love my Above phone with Graphene OS, and I would never go back. It does everything I need my phone to do, and if you must still use google apps for work, etc, you can just use a second profile, or a work profile on your phone. The work profile does not communicate with main profile, so its like having a second phone for work. Plus Ramiro and his guys have a very active TG group, where you can ask any questions, and get a reply very quickly. I can honestly say that you'll never realize how much of a prisoner you are until you switch over to a "free" phone.

Been using CalyxOS on my Pixel 4a since Jan 2022, easy to install on the phone following their guide. Ungoogled Google phone, love it!
welcome to the club, had one for a couple years. get graphene OS. it's good for people that want to know and control everything. above phone's FAQ is super helpful. use it to set the phone up, after a month, it'll just be a phone to you. and there's not much higher praise than that. good luck.
