again this is all LSP (Lightening Service Provider) but if you run your own LND (some apps let you connect to your own instance of LND or CLI etc..) the fees are only onchain when you initially open channel/s but one must manage channels themselves for liquidly inbound/outbound etc...

Great resource
I've come far enough to actually use one of these wallets but can hardly grasp what this all means. Is it still that early, or will most people like me just make a choice based on a recommendation and hardly have a clue what's happening under the hood..? Seems to me the latter comes with quite some risks if used 'seriously'.
