Umbrel is so buggy that I gave up on it.
It's a duct tape docker mess.
+1 to everyone suggesting reflashing the SD card. That usually brings your Umbrel back to life.

Leave the hard drive.
Literally take out the SD card and flash it again.
Like you are starting all over.
When you put the SD back in and turn on the power you will probably be good to go.

can you turn off all the devices except the Umbrel to locate the IP address?
when I take the SD out and put it in the reader and put that in my computer do I want to delete all the files that are on it before I begin again?
If you reflash the microSD it will all erase anyway.
Just don't touch your harddrive. It has all the critical data.
It will all boot up again like magic, hopefully.
Mine was finicky for a long time. Bought a new 2 tv SSD and started from scratch with my backupwords.. works like a charm.. downside..I had to redownload the chain but other than that everything came back fine a is humming along for weeks without an issue.
