Beautiful haul! Of all the wild mushroom finds, oysters usually get me the most exited. Save maybe morels cause they’re so rare and hard to find.
Yeah, I get super excited looking for and finding some mushrooms, but sometimes making something tasty with them is the real challenge. Don’t have this problem with oysters.
