But def would be better if you got to also sell your data back to the supermarket instead of them tracking every purchase and using it to upsell you and onsell to other companies for advertising

This is a small butcher. Never received any unsolicited adverts from them. I have no clue if they sell it to any 3rd parties, but for me it’s been an honest rewards system. All they have is a phone number. I agree with you fully for the data collection from big box stores though.

True. My bad. I assumed it was a big chain when I heard the word rewards. Sounds like an honest deal. Nice one
