After you cum, I use a cold lube (to reduce the inflammation given by friction) that's very very slippery (like Anal Glide - to reduce the friction's damage), ideally with rubber or latex gloves. Some are allergic to latex so I have to be careful. When the inflammation becomes intolerable, I put on a condom, too.
