It's to confusing for normies.
People tell folks bitcoin is freedom, but then tell them it's only to be used as money.
All features, streaming, privacy tools, etc cost money and in a currency normies don't use.
Lmk if you need more. I have a pros list too.
I agree, I also think normies fundamentally want to talk about different things. I think Nostr is at a stage where the platform and Bitcoin dominate most of the discourse, and that's just not that interesting to normies.
I think ideally the platform becomes invisible and Bitcoin is just a means to an end, rather than the goal.
It's more of the fact these normies can't be into bitcoin due to lack of funds. If everyone had some extra income, they would be able to afford to save in sats and start their bitcoin journey.
