Is there a good software that will allow me analyze my LND node incoming and outgoing payments? I want to be able to see stats and details, with all the available info. 🐶🐾🫡

not that I'm aware of. You have to take the output of lncli fwdinghistory and parse it by yourself (or ask directly to lnd via rest or grpc calls). To see what's going on in realtime you might want to try lntop if you didn't know it already
I have that and is not an issue, I am more after payments in/out. I know that I can get JSON with info, but was hoping that some kind sole did a GUI for that and have some pretty graphs and so on. 🐶🐾🫡
Not sure if this is the level of detail you need, but at a very high level, #Nodeyez has a panel that shows earnings and fees paid on a channel. It sums from all the transactions paid and routed
