I check Zillow daily in my area out of habbit and have been doing that the past 2-3 years. Only just in the past month I've noticed foreclosure auction listings. Sign of the times? Anybody else seeing this where you live?

I haven’t seen foreclosures but I see homes that cost more than they actually are. Something needs to change with housing. These prices are insane.

I’ve seen price drops, no foreclosures, but that may be a seasonal thing.
home in my hood usually sell under a month. none to few have moved in a year
