There’s a Bluesky related project to make a foursquare competitor using their data. We could totally do this faster with nostr.

Maybe, but they won't stay if said features never make it out of alpha.

true, that's why there is no need to advertise a feature before it is ready

We wouldn't be advertising much of anything if that was the standard. Most of the things I've tried are half-baked alpha software. Granted, I haven't tried everything. But I have the major stuff.
