Maybe Damus Mail is a better name than the Notebook? I still prefer mail to be nostr based with an email bridge though. Looks like X is getting a mail client too.

Someone made this interesting observation which sounds a lot like the design i was thinking about for our mail client.

We could use nip05 as nostr mail addresses, although it would be optional if you have their nprofile. This would be way easier than setting up mail on some domain, and they can be end to end encrypted with nip17.
