What concerns me about these emerging types of companies is they don't do anything.

Aren’t they just banks? 🤷♂️
A bank with extra step and with less regulation as they just buying an asset such as gold or reestate not lending out money via fractional reserve banking.
Step 1: accumulate bitcoins
Step 2: maybe we will figure out some services we could provide around Bitcoin. No garantee.
Everyone wants to copy Saylor first and figure out what the heck they’re actually going to provide next.
It’s the new fiat VC game in town. SoftBank money smells some typa way
It seems so, call me old fashioned but we generally conceive of a unique product or service then find the money to do it, not the other way around!
odds are, going to be a pension fund
ppl are scared to hold and mess around with bitcoin themselves, yet they want to protect their capital
by doing so, mstr gathers external capital and gets to buy even more btc
but i might be delulu
A SPAC is a company that goes live on the market, with the purpose of taking investors cash (plus existing capital) to buy stuff. The concept of a SPAC being legal seems very weird to me, but if folks want to put money into it.. 🤷♂️
Those not keep building will be overtaken
According to the video I watched they will build Bitcoin related products.
Financial Products 😞
They are sucking the shit out of the fiat system. Weaken fiat network & directly strengthen bitcoin network. I think that’s a pretty sick start to begin with 🧡💪🏼🗽
