I used to have this problem. For me it was both a mindset and also hormonal. I finally realized I had made it to my destination already. Goals are great, but maybe not for us. We will achieve as a default. Do not think about what you want to achieve because you already are. Get the sense you already have achieved. You have made it. *ahhhhh*

But then my hormones leveled out in my 40s and I am so chill now 😆

Warning: when you downshift into relaxation, you might worry it is depression. No, you just might be calm for once. Happily calm.
