One of the things that are interesting to me about Suriname is that it's one of the few countries in Latin America that have common law instead of continental civil law and it's relatively small. These facts could be a good starting point for a place without the problems of having an omnipotent legal state apparatus to try to restrict different Bitcoin activities
However, I don't trust politicians 🤷
