This brings back school lunch memories. Pizza day was the second best day in high school lunch time. It looked a lot like this.

Today if I am going to have a "cheat day" and eat a pizza I go all out. Real sausage, peppers, olives, shrooms, etc. and the oven damn sure better be wood fired.

Crust needs to be perfect, etc. BUT honestly busting a few pieces of this with a cold lawnmower beer and slumming once in a while, well, I am at least tempted. For the memories only of course.
