Best to buy KYC at market price and run your coins through a mixer.
I've only used centralized exchanges for years now. I have never mixed my coins. I had the option with Samurai wallet but I never did it.
There are a lot of mixers in operation in other countries than the US and it will only cost you 1% to become invisible on the timechain.
Well worth it IMHO...
I noticed that robo sats had some of the best rates but I'd have to use strike and my limits are maxed out on it atm.
