#Nostr would do extremely well if the self-sovereign identity thing was positioned better. That's the best part. Use one identity for multiple apps - blogging, pinstr, fundraising etc and you could get zapped everywhere

It has to be an ecosystem and not a random, one-off replacement to Twitter
