#Nostr would do extremely well if the self-sovereign identity thing was positioned better. That's the best part. Use one identity for multiple apps - blogging, pinstr, fundraising etc and you could get zapped everywhere

Positioning is a marketing concept which suggests how you position your product relative to the competition
Just calling #Nostr a protocol, not platform and censorship-resistant is NOT enough

My main advertising slogan for Nostr is "No Algorithms, No Corporations, No Advertising". What I'm seeing a lot of people asking for is private groups, where an admin/moderator controls who sees the feed, and they don't have to worry about the whole world watching. Having the entire planet on a level playing field seems very strange to new people, and it is hard to get used to the idea.
