Very scary for fixed income

Bro the other day told me to take $30k and dunk it into one of those POS properties to fix n flip the property.... I sent a simple link debunking it all.

They be so proud to be in debt.

I see it but it doesn't worry me.

It's hard as hell to calculate but I'm not worried by it.

I'm surprised more people aren't aware of the compounding effects of currency inflation.
