Electrum only handles sync, this requires PSBT signing.
If sparrow were to expose expose a psbt rpc yes. If not, time to ask Craig to consider the Payjoin v2 protocol integration.

Unlikely Craig would implement as they already have Samurai's stonewall function
pj v2 is async and protects IPs while stonewall is synchronous and leaks them
pj v2 is also backwards compatible with all v1 senders
