What do we need to convince more people from Twitter that aren't already active here to join us? Yes we are early, but the legacy network is strong and people are so used to it. It doesn't matter to them that it now has a wef ceo, that they should pay 8$ or that nostr has lightning zaps, and that people can build whatever they want here. They just continue to doom scroll Twitter because "everybody's there".
One by one, we lead by example by continuing to build apps, tools, create content and engage with it and with each other. 💜

Left the bird app i feburary and never looked back. Didn't realize how seducing the doomscrolling and algo infested bird feed was on my time and focus before i left and joined nostr. I knew it was bad, but i did not clearly see how bad it was before i experienced the natural feel of my nostr feed..
I came to the same conclusion that I came to with bitcoin.
It's a better solution, they'll come when they're ready.
