最近跑步好像进入了正反馈,虽然上次抽筋了😅,但今天明显节奏和耐力都有个提升,有一阵子仿佛进入了心流的状态。每次锻炼进入极限的感觉特别像摆脱舒适圈的不适,好多难做的决定我都是🏃时做完的,毕竟气都快喘不过来了
