This made me laugh & I'm gonna ruin it by pointing out that the problem here is probably the negative suggestion. You get more of what you focus on. Make the focus something like "competence" rather than "awkwardness." How we talk to ourselves matters
And my autism comes from using the wrong 'your' after typing too fast.
